Mr. Puran Dawar has a perfect amalgamation of rich experience and impressive academic background. Hailing from the city of Agra, he graduated in Science from the Agra College in 1971, and pursued a Post Graduate Degree in Economics in 1973, then studied Law too.

Saksham Dawar Memorial Trust was formed in 1998. In the service sector, it started first with education and then it spread to sports and health. A new ambitious service was started from 17 October 2019, Antyodaya Annapurna Seva, in which the country’s largest service culture organization Seva Bharti, a subsidiary organization of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh.
